Many of us have blood testing done. Whether it's on a routine visit to the doctor for fasting blood sugar and cholesterol or something more in-depth, like a Thyroid Panel, making sense of just what it all means can seem a bit daunting.

Grouping specific markers and comparing levels to an optimal (healthy) range rather than a broad, "normal" range helps us to see patterns that may indicate an existing or developing dysfunction.
